Kelly Eyer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in primary care and a background in women’s health. She’s also a former teacher, a lifelong learner, and the founder of Market Street Medical.
Kelly started this clinic to create a place where patients felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for — not just rushed through.
Over time, she began to feel the limits of conventional medicine. Writing more prescriptions didn’t always lead to better outcomes. That realization sparked a deeper passion for functional medicine — a root-cause, whole-person approach to care that empowers the body to heal.
Today, Kelly blends traditional and integrative care, helping patients address everything from everyday illnesses to hormone imbalances and chronic symptoms — with compassion, clinical insight, and a personalized plan.
She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), certified in Peptide Therapy and holds additional training in functional and integrative medicine.
She’s also a proud mom of five, grandma of three, and a firm believer that you were designed to heal — and that wellness is possible at any age.
